• We currently ship only within the United States.

2. Shipping Costs

• Standard shipping is free for all orders.

3. Handling Time

• Orders are processed Monday – Friday.

• Handling time is 1–5 business days after your order is placed.

4. Transit Time

• Standard delivery typically takes 2–3 business days after processing.

• Estimated delivery time: 3 to 8 business days from the order date.

5. Order Cut-Off Time

• Orders placed before 2 PM PST are processed the same day.

• Orders placed after 2 PM are processed the next business day.

6. Tracking Your Order

• Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

• You can use this number to track your package through the carrier.

7. Shipping Delays

• While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or holidays.

8. In-Store Pickup

• Customers in Portland are welcome to pick up their orders in-store at 3415 SE Belmont St, Portland, OR 97214.
